The Bike Giveaway Scheme

We have secured some grants to enable us to give away our refurbished, used bikes to those in need. Thanks to The Manchester Guardian Society and Nisa's 'Heart of the Community' for their generous funding.
Are you a community group, social enterprise, school, activity club or similar? Are your members in need of bikes to boost their physical and mental health, ease access to employment or to simply experience the joy of cycling? Or maybe you want to set up a bike library, but are having trouble finding stock?
Whatever your reasons for wishing to start pedalling, get in touch with us to see if we can help.
We are grateful to UK Men's Shed Association's Development Officer Anne Whelan who came up with this idea!

Buying a bike from us/ getting your bike serviced

Our stock of bikes is wide-ranging from road to mountain bikes, including hybrids and folding bikes. We can cater for all ages as well. We do not stock or service scooters or electric bikes. If you wish to buy from us directly or arrange to have your own bike serviced please get in touch to arrange a time to visit and get our venue details. Apart from some specialist bikes we can usually fix you up with a bike you will be happy with for under £100.

As we rely on donations of pre-loved bikes and our volunteers' ability to refurbish them in time there may be an occasional delay if we don't have the type of bike you are looking for either in stock or ready to go.
